What is Carebnb?
Carebnb is designed to increase awareness of and support for combating and treatment of Ebola in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. By 'booking a night' in one of Carebnb's hosted accommodations, you're booking a night of care and treatment on behalf of someone affected by the virus in countries where care is limited, medical volunteers lack training and basic necessities are severely lacking. Listing pages serve to show stark differences between treatment facilities in the US and Spain versus those in West Africa. The reviews, verbatim material from press interviews, highlight additional problems such as accessibility, capacity constraints, lack of information, healthcare revolts and economic and social isolation. All people depicted on the site including the images and names of hosts and reviewers, are for illustrative purposes only. All images have been purchased from stock photography libraries or are licensed under creative commons.
Run by The Believe.in Trust (Charity no. 1153087), 100% of your donation through Carebnb will be re-granted to charities combating the virus. Funds will go towards helping them replenish supplies, train staff and deploy more tents to serve rapidly increasing numbers of victims.
